Ullrich in complete control in Shannons Classic

Peter Ullrich has opened up a margin of almost five minutes after day four of Targa Tasmania in his 1963 Jensen CV8.
Ullrich began the day just over four minutes ahead of Richard Woodward in a Holden Monaro, and was able to maintain a steady pace throughout the day to maintain his advantage.

"I said we weren't going to consolidate our lead today, but we have," Ullrich said.

"We had a brake problem yesterday and we changed rotors, but we’re not happy with the ones we put on, so we’ll try another set tonight," he added.

David Gilliver currently sits in third place, more than five minutes behind Ullrich.
