Targa Great Barrier Reef Billboards Start Monday

The excitement is really starting to build now towards the first running of Targa Great Barrier Reef. What better way to let the world know about the event than to put up some very large electronic billboards in key locations in Melbourne and Sydney.

Make sure you go and check them out at the following locations and dates;

VIC, Brighton, 195 Nepean Highway – 21 May to 27 May

NSW, Epping Rd Overpass – 28 May to 3 Jun

As a part of this promotion, we are running a competition where we encourage you to take photos of the billboards and send them to us for sharing across our platforms. We would love to see pics taken at all hours of the day and night.

The most inventive and original pic taken at each site will win a Targa Merchandise Pack.

Targa Great Barrier promises to be a massive new event for Targa this year, so make sure you lock the dates away and make the journey to Far North Queensland.

Track days are fun, don’t get me wrong, but the idea of racing your own car flat out on twisty and mountainous public roads is rather appealing to any car enthusiast. The fact that you can do it legally is almost seemingly absurd. But that’s exactly what Targa events in Australia have offered for years. A chance to race along some of our great nation’s best roads legally and, more importantly, safely.
