Targa Australia Re-Opens Hobart Office And Welcomes New Staff

For the first time since 2013, Targa Australia will have its heart in Hobart, where it was based from before the first Targa Tasmania was run in 1992.

Based at 31 Davey St, the new office is literally metres from Salamanca Place and has desk space for up to 12 staff, showing the faith and confidence the Dutton Group have in the Targa business.

Pam Stables, who fulfilled the Competitors Manager’s role, recently decided to leave the business after 18 months of service and we take this opportunity to thank Pam for her service to Targa through a transitioning period, wishing her and husband Jason, all the best in their very busy business. The Targa team will grow from the moment it opens its new office today with the appointment of three new staff.

Carly Zmendak, who many will know from her previous stints at Targa over the last ten years, returned to the business recently in the key senior role of Sales & Marketing Director to re-focus and refresh the Targa business, adapting it for the ever changing world we live in.

Megan Creese joins the team in the role of Event Manager- Competitions after a successful stint at Wrest Point and a number of key customer service roles along with a successful rowing career.

Mackensie Belbin joins the team in the role of Event Executive. Mackensie will be familiar to some of our customers after fulfilling an intern role at Targa Tasmania for the last couple of years.

Brittany Smith has recently moved into a part-time Event Executive role, focusing on sales and customer support, and will continue to work at the Targa office inside the amazing Dutton Garage showroom in Richmond.

For Competition & Tour enquiries, please note the new email address for Megan. The mobile number remains the same;

For General Enquiries, please contact Mackensie

With Targa Great Barrier Reef just two weeks away, the Targa team will take on a new look up in Tropical North Queensland and Carly, Megan and Mackensie all look forward to meeting everyone tackling the second running of our exciting newest Targa event.
